This week marks the official, Children's Mental Health Week. An organisation dedicated to helping children celebrate who they are as individuals. It's all about being you!

Here at Meee, we strive to ensure that all children feel special. Words like weirdo, misfit, bullied are banished here and instead, we want to encourage youngsters to embrace what makes them individuals and to hold their heads up high.

This year's Children's Mental Health Week is focusing on 'Being Ourselves'. Place2Be is inviting everyone to come together and celebrate what makes us different. By emphasising our unique and wonderful qualities we can all come to feel strong and happy.

Place2Be says that "when we have a positive view of ourselves, it can help us to cope with life's challenges and make better connections with others".

Whether you're a parent, guardian, someone who works with children or even someone passionate about helping out youngsters - You can support the charity simply by clicking here and spreading the word!
