Research suggests that having a place to store all your thoughts can be the best way to organise your brain and keep your mind active and energised. But what about a NEW note book? Here at Meee, we suggest getting yourself a writing pad. Be it, a journal, diary, note book - just something physical.

This April, we are celebrating National Couple Appreciation Month. It's an entire 4 week event dedicated to couples re-finding that spark and celebrating their relationship. This month is all about dedicating time to your significant other, whether it's a date night once a week or simply sharing your words of affitmation - make sure you make your loves ones feel loved.
Autism Awareness Week28/03/18
Do you have a gap in your knowledge when it comes to autism? Well now is the time to do something about it! This week is Autism Awareness Week. Throughout this week, fundraising will be taken place all over the UK to find The National Autistic Society's campaign and raise awareness all about autism. The week began on Monday March 26th and runs until Monday 2nd of April!

Stephen Hawking has sadly passed away in his home in Cambridge this morning. A truly amazing, brililant and wonderful man who overcame a debilitating disease to become one of the most successful scientists the world has ever known.
