Thinking influences outcomes. An interactive workshop that takes participants on a journey so they can better understand their thinking, what triggers it and what it means for them personally - both personally and professionally. It offers participants a potent starting point in better understanding their thinking, mindset, resilience, wellbeing, wellness, mental and physical health so they have the tools to create a happier, healthier and more resilient life.
For the organisation:
In just 60-minutes we have witnessed amazing transformation where employees have appeared happier, more engaged and more enthusiastic about their work and organisation. Business success hinges on the people in the business. Meee Lite focuses on the people not the systems or processes to bring about lasting change. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Meee Lite is the perfect first step.
Sid and Joss are a breath of fresh air. Their energy and enthusiasm is infectious!
They worked collaboratively with us in a short space of time to create an engaging and inspiring session for our leadership conference which we entitled ‘Inspiring Value’.
They combined their vast experience of creating effective employee engagement with the Meee principles to deliver a session that challenged and inspired our leaders. Their approach enabled the leaders to reflect on what’s important to them and then gave them some great tips (hacks) to implement that will help them to continue to inspire their teams and get the best value out of each of them.
